I have been feeling crapy lately with my cough and sneezing. I do try to at least 30 min of working out with weight, running or insanity workout but with my hacking it was hard to breath so I am hoping to start training hard this week but we will have to see how I feel. I haven't weight myself today so I don't know if I gain or lose.
