I am please how focus I been lately with my eating habits and workout. Lately I have no energy to workout but I still force my sel to do at least 30 min. My cough been causing me to lose sleep and takes all my energy from me. I am hoping to go back with my one hour workout soon but at this point I am happy with my accomplishment. I weight 166 LBS and I think it will be 165 lBS by the end of this week I am half way there and hopefully my tummy tuck will happen in September!!!

I weight myself and a little disapointed. I thought I would lose more than that since I keep my kcal intake below 1400.

I have been feeling crapy lately with my cough and sneezing. I do try to at least 30 min of working out with weight, running or insanity workout but with my hacking it was hard to breath so I am hoping to start training hard this week but we will have to see how I feel. I haven't weight myself today so I don't know if I gain or lose.

Today i don't feel so well. My cough been keeping me up. Yesterday i skip my workout but i hope i have enough energy to workout today. We'll see!!!!!
