This is my first weigh in in 24 days. I got frustrated and stopped keeping track of anything. No excuses. I just stopped. I'm not surprised about the weight gain. I wasn't doing anything right, so here I go again. I have my meals planned out and packed for the day. I just need to take this one day at a time. I've looked over the Atkins Induction phase again. Hopefully, I can get my weight loss going on the right path again.
