I'm stuck. I did well when I started Atkins last year. I haven't been as successful this time.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 February 2013:
1430 kcal Fat: 93.59g | Prot: 113.66g | Carb: 30.39g.   Breakfast: hard boiled egg, water, Cooked Egg White, Ground Turkey. Lunch: deli turkey, Classic Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Water , Mushrooms , Green Olives, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: chicken breast, Classic Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese, Green Olives with Pimento, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, water, mushrooms, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Snacks/Other: atkins chocolate hazelnut bar, 2% String Cheese. more...

Atkins isn't a good weigh, the only way I found works properly is cal counting
