Thank you ladies! I already feel tonnes better, I've put on 3lbs but that normally happens when I start serious weight training and it all comes off after a few days, once the muscle soreness goes! It's amazing how much difference it actually makes to be 'allowed' vegetables on any day, I'm mostly still eating protein but throwing the veggies in really makes a difference for me. I don't really eat fruit/cheese or anything like that so I can do without them and I barely eat carbs apart from oatbran in the morning and a potato here and there...still very much Dukan but without the restrictions! Started the 30 day shred today so hopefully I will see some changes this month, I lost around 4lbs in the whole of February, not good!
