Woke up at 6.15 and actually made the decision to try to sleep for a bit longer; managed a lie-in until 8 o'clock. It's rare that I can sleep in without noise or interruptions, or simply just being unable to sleep despite the opportunity, so I'm grateful for that little interlude this morning.

I over-indulged a bit yesterday but nothing to worry about, we'll just take it a bit easier on the food today and get some extra exercise in.
