Earthlady's Journal, 24 February 2013

As I expected, 56.9 was a temporary drop following a fast day and both yesterday and today I've weighed in at 57.5, last week's weekly weigh-in weight. I'm quite happy with that, because although I am still keeping an eye on my calories, I am also eating pretty much what I want on non-fast days. Consequently some days I come in under RDi and sometimes over. However, although we're only just ending week 2 of this eating plan, I think I'm beginning to see a pattern which if it's sustained will show me a drop on the scales at my next weekly weigh-in in 3 days.

Let's hope I'm right!

Exercise yesterday was a long walk and loads of strenuous housework. I springcleaned the living room - windows, curtains, balcony, moved furniture around and turned out cupboards etc. Took me the whole day and I still have to finish off this morning!

Sounds good. The best part, I think, is that you're eating whatever you like on your "off" days ;-) And, overall, you are eating mindfully, and that's what keeps us on track for the long haul :-) Good!
