Hunger was very strong last night. Ate about 3k. Mostly carbs. I am feeling better today but I still have the lingering guilt of the unplanned mini binge. I need to realize that it's no big deal and I need to listen to by body. Plan on doing a week long refeed and see how my body responds. Going to try to stay aroung 2700 calories with the increase mostly carbs.
