Back on track. PTL
182.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1319 kcal Fat: 31.60g | Prot: 88.71g | Carb: 179.37g.   Breakfast: eggs, mango, coffee, cocoa powder, prairie bran bread country harvest. Lunch: coffee with milk, tim hortons raisin tea biscuit, black current , whey protein precision. Dinner: mushrooms, green pepper, rice, flaked tuna. Snacks/Other: coffee with milk, date bar, apple, fibre 1 100 calories chewy bar. more...
