Back on track. PTL
182.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1319 kcal Fat: 31.60g | Prot: 88.71g | Carb: 179.37g.   Breakfast: cocoa powder, eggs, coffee, mango, prairie bran bread country harvest. Lunch: black current , whey protein precision, coffee with milk, tim hortons raisin tea biscuit. Dinner: green pepper, flaked tuna, mushrooms, rice. Snacks/Other: coffee with milk, apple, date bar, fibre 1 100 calories chewy bar. more...
