Had a bit of a blip back into emotional eating. Having recognized this I am getting back on track.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1553 kcal Fat: 41.21g | Prot: 74.06g | Carb: 233.97g.   Breakfast: coffee, banana, grapefruit, whey protein isolate Isoflex, flax seed oil. Lunch: pita with flax, Lowfat Yogurt - Blueberry, banana, peanut butter. Dinner: Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless, mango, rice, stir-fried onions,pepper, mushrooms. Snacks/Other: Soft Chocolate Chip Granola Bars. more...
