Uuggg feeling so frustrated!! I’ve worked so hard on changing my eating habits.. took away the bad foods (which I love and miss lol) replaced with all good and healthy stuff even dusted off my stationary bike (and actually use it) and the weight loss is awful. I’m not even losing a pound a week. UUGG what am I doing wrong. Buy the way last year I did this and weight was coming off great, this time not so much. Ok rant over.. not giving up though
