Day 2 of Ideal Protein

Hunger pangs only after 8pm in the evening... took my last chocolate shake at 6:30 pm... but suspecting that this pang is related to my old habits. not real hunger.

Lots and lots of water... (remember put water in first, then the powder :) mixes easier that way ).

woke up at 6 am, first shake
Lunch was salad with chicken soup
dinner was soup, with a shake chaser ...

Headaches still there, really bad around noon, but took Advil and it went away for a bit.

Now ready for day 3.

Well, decided to take the plunge, and get this weight off.

Had a friend who I highly respect, that had diabetes and was overweight... they started the Ideal Protein program, and after 4 months, he looks awesome...

Currently 275 LBs (Ideal Protein team says it really is 268) on day one.

Looking to get to 220 lbs... or 200 lbs...

focused on chocolate shakes, omelets, chicken soups to start off with.

Traveling, so might have to get some Drink mixes, since shakes / soups is better with a microwave... at least drink mixes it can be done with straight water and the shaker.

Day one was ok... hunger pangs, and slight headaches... but that was expected.

I've been eating Celery to keep the pangs at bay. Very few calories, helps fill you up, and good fiber. I've also been taking Vitamin C, along with live Acidophilus caps to keep my digestion from getting out of whack. Hope that helps!
