That's another pound this week. That makes it 17. They said my body age when I started was 69(holy shit). It's coming down, but slow, now it's 61. Gotta keep truckin, go, go, go!!!!
144.4 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
