Man oh man, trying to hang in there. Started running again. I hate it, but it's the only thing that makes me sweat like I used to when I first started loosing weight. I'll learn to love it, eventually.

Excited to get back on it.

Just hang in there and remember how far you've come. I've only lost a little bit and am stuck, maybe it's just winter blahs.

Winter's a bitch... Do you have a Wii? I used to go jogging around a park just across the road from here but it's closed now for work, and I did find it kinda embarrassing sometimes anyway. I only do it a couple of times a week for 20 or 30 minutes but it's something at least.. I just stay in an do jogging on the spot using the Wii, and that'll keep a record of what you've been doing over time like this place does. Plenty of advantages to that than going outside too, well you get to stay warm, you can just change the channel and watch TV cos I know running is a drag so you may aswell try to entertain yourself while you're doing it, you can put your own music on without having your earphones fall out, hell you can even do it naked if you feel like it!

Ha! No, no Wii, unfortunately. It's starting to look like spring outside, which is nice, but it's still chilly and windy. How's the weather out there?
