I have to stick to recording my food, even on weekends. I'll have to make time for it. Otherwise I end up doing something silly and overeating, borderline binging, before I come back to my senses.
I felt my control slipping away, and I hate that feeling.
Also forgot I joined two challenges that started over this weekend as well, whoops. I'll get my act together by the end of this week and be able to record some progress for Week 1 of my challenges and further progress for Week 3 of my diet.
