I'm teaching myself to recognize the good things that come from healthy eating and regular exercise, without all that crap from women's magazines and food ads clogging up my brain. I'm tired of 'dressing for your shape' articles and commercials that encourage me to feed my emotions.
I want to take control of my life and my body.
I want a machine I both understand and take care of.
I want pictures of myself with my kids.
And I want to recognize myself in those pictures.

I'm a single mom to two young kids, and my ultimate goal is to be comfortable in my own skin. Everything else is bonus.
