Day one of my affair with Jillian

This morning I woke up and found a surprise in my inbox. Jillian is already sending me love notes. She called me rockstar! Then she gave me a list of things to do on the website like set up my profile, log my food, checkout the workouts,... She's a little demanding. We just met and she already suggested I change my breakfast from a Sausage McMuffin with no Muffin to a Breakfast Burrito with blackberries. And she told me to keep my calories around 1599. Which I do anyways. I can't wait for the bodymedia counter to get here so I can really see what I burn though. Milking cows isn't on her list of activities for some reason.

I did check out the daily exercises she suggested and they're doable! I just need a ball, a chair, some balance, wifi in the bedroom so I can lock the door and no one will see me getting my sweat on then falling over when I lose my balance. I was going to buy some dvd workouts but now I'm wondering if I need to. I'm in love with the food tracker because it tracks water and vitamins but the database isn't as big as it is on here. I will be double tracking for a while to see what the difference is.

She says if I do challenges and use the tools she will give me badges! Ohhh.. and there are daily inspiring blogs. I'm going to go watch me some Jillian. Then I'm going to google almond butter. Almond button on celery is a snack... doesn't sound very good. Celery and peanut butter or chocolate sounds better. Can you put chocolate on celery and make it edible? Ok.. now that sounds a little gross. Maybe almond butter isn't so bad.

ROCK ON with JM - she is my heroine. I use the DVDs at home - she is pushy and demanding there, too.

I'd say if you can do exercises with the on-line program, hold off on buying DVD's unless you need more of a workout. I hope it works well for you! I've heard that almond butter isn't too bad, a lot like peanut butter, but I haven't tried it because the only place I can get it here it's so expensive. Good luck!!
