As long as you start again, it's all that matters. Keep on going!

I do wonder about myself sometimes! Sometimes I just have this stupid tendency to create problems and hope that they kick me up the arse just cos I've got something to work towards. It's a familiar pattern anyway, spring and summer are definitely the best times to be losing weight, autumn and winter are just damage limitation for me. No point comparing my weight in August to my weight in February. As things stand, I'm well down from this time last year and I'm sure by April, May, June I'll be well down from last April, May and June too. We've proved to ourselves we can do it already, a setback is just a kick up the ass.

Good point! It snows here all winter and usually through early spring, I can't wait for the warmer weather and longer days of sun. I get more motivated :D

Oh definitely, warmer weather's going to be much better. There are some lovely national parks that are easy enough to get to from here, half hour on the train or whatever. I always associate March and April with new beginnings rather than January, eh well the trees start blossoming again, start to get more sunlight, new tax year too which is less fun but whatever :P
