Very slow start to new regime. Its amazing how you can lie to yourself. Its raining. Its too cold. I'm waiting for a parcel.On track now. Still not doing 2 miles. So out of condition.I have decided to stick to the same route so I can go a little further each time.When I think I used to think nothing of going for a 15mile walk I cant believe how bad I am now
