Arg!!!! I lost half my soup due to boil over! I finally got to try the Medifast Chicken and Rice Soup and it was really good! I even added half a chicken bullion cube. It was a bummer to waste such a yummy soup. I ended up eating a salad to compensate for the calories. I figured it should be low calorie and low carb. I hope it doesn't mess anything up for tomorrow! I know its at least 15 calories higher than if I hadn't missed half my Medifast meal, I don't know if a hand full of calories will make a difference but I hope not.

No it won't.....next time use a bigger bowl...they do boil over if you don't have it in the right bowl. Adding the cube seems like a nice touch, I may try that as the Soups are pretty good. Oddly enough they are good even though they start out as a package of sand looking stuff. lol. Great job!

Yeah, I was a little surprised that the chicken and vegetables had a decent texture considering how they started. I guess they really got the right freeze-drying technique to make it.
