was 93 kg at the beginning of the week, its now friday and im down to 90.5 kg. i was 62 kg two years ago until i quit smoking 9 months ago, gained weight at a huge rate of knots, a huge part of it in the last nine months. now its time to put the hard yards in and get down to the weight i was again.
