Been in a caloric defecit of about 400 a day for 3 days and hunger seems to be better. Potentially because of a higher protein intake (220-250 grams) and supplemented fish oil (.5 ounces or about 15 grams). Also could be due to the high calories over the weekend. Had a great lift yesterday (315 x 5 for deads (new record)).
