I so wanted to stop this morning and get a Breakfast sandwick from JIB or MCD,or even the cinnabons from BK.

I am just trying to stay strong. I finished my Blueberry Activia Yogurt.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
