I have to have more will power. I had ice cream Sunday night and it was four scoops. Not full scoops but there was four humps, so maybe 3 1/2. I ate a brown yesterday.

I seem to be eating when not doing anything. I have to go back to knitting so that I don't eat anything else.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
