Yaaaaaaaaayyyyy! So happy right now!!! I think I just needed to eat more fat. I've been having pork/salami/beef burgers (without bun of course) instead of just chicken and lean beef everyday and it looks like it may be working. Fingers crossed!
158.6 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

great job! I read your earlier entries and I think that if you were always around 160 it was going to take some effort on your part and consistency to break through that....your body has had that weight for a long time and will hold on until it thinks you are serious. Way to keep the commitment!!
