Why is my weight loss so slow?? Esp in the first week of induction. I lost 3.8lbs in 9 days...is that too little or is it just me? Pls help me someone

I think that weight loss sounds great!! But I'm no expert. Have you gone on the Atkins website and asked for help there?

Great job! Fast loss usually means water. Slower loss usually mean more fat loss. Keep going and it will come off. Some weeks are bigger losses and others smaller. It all adds up and takes you to goal.

I suggest cutting out some of those Atkins products
They are known stallers
