Still struggling with myself over the carb overdose yesterday. I haven't eaten that many carbs in 1 day since December. I am not beating myself up over it, I just can't believe I let myself do it. I am back on plan today, but finding motivation is difficult. I am assuming it is because all of those carbs have made me feel sluggish today. I just want to crawl in bed and sleep. Doesn't help that at 1:30 am I had the worst leg cramp I have ever had. My leg is still sore from it. Going to make sure I get my Chicken broth in today. Then on top of that it is supposed to storm today, which means I have a migraine going on as well. 90 degrees out so I didn't get my walk in at lunch, will get it in tonight one way or another. If it is raining, I will go to the mall or something. Ok, enough of my pity party. Back to work.
