well shoot! i am never going to make it to ONDERLAND! i am so stuck! this is where i quit the last time i did atkins it seems i loose about 25 pounds then stop!!!!!! i will not quit! i will stick to this till my body gives up and decides to shrink! i had a chocolate craving last night and not nearly as good as kelli but i did hit the atkins bar i had left instead of the icecream that i knew would make me sick only at half of it that was nice at least after i got it i didn't want it any more. will have to change my eating for yesterday though

ok guys feel free to high jacking me any time my coffee got a bit shaky this morning to tig and amy always make me laugh lol! and candy i agree! i would bach it to a thousand peices but then what to do till i can go to wally world for another lol guess that makes us sadists? or would that be maschoist? and no the spelling fairy never visited me when i was young so i never learned to spell ! hahahaha

I eat lots of salads with Bleu Cheese dressing drenching my salads with 4 tbs that way it's only 2 net carbs for the dressing and I'm getting veggies in... Bleu Cheese and Ceasar are both high in calories and fat with low carbs. Another Favorite is the KFC Grilled Double Down only 3 net carbs and loaded with fat!
