Doing quite poorly on my challenges and just general better eating and moving. What is wrong me that I can't get going? Or stick to it? I'm frustrated with myself. It does't help that Uncle Tom keeps visiting me - right now I seem to be a two week cycle - ick!!!! Looking sooo forward to this part of my life being done.

I need to go back and reread a couple of my books, get some motivation from them again. Reread all the benefits, it won't hurt me none - except I prefer to sit while reading ;)

Logging anything is not happening, but that's because it's too tedious more than anything. When I stayed at home, it was fine, but now that I'm working it takes away time I need for catching up on things like the housework - and now the dishwasher doesn't want to work, so add washing dishes by hand to the list of chores that apparently I am the only one that knows how to do. - - washing clothes, vacuuming, dusting, etc these things are also on that list of only I know how to do. Rather annoying.

So am I surprised that my weight is what it is today - NO! Some could be the extra water weight (hope so), but even if it is, I know I have not been good to my body. DH leaves for China in 4 days. Maybe during that week I can turn myself around. I won't have to deal with his frustrations and habits. I can concentrate on just my own.

Hang in there. I was feeling the same way last week as far as motivation goes. I was also going through a hormonal thing, causing the scale to just go up even though I was definitely not eating all the bad stuff that I really wanted to. Made me want to eat whatever I wanted. Today though, I started to see some results, and I feel super motivated. I guess I'm just trying to say that once you get started and see just a single pound come off (even if it takes a week or too) the motivation will come tenfold.
