Hang in there. I was feeling the same way last week as far as motivation goes. I was also going through a hormonal thing, causing the scale to just go up even though I was definitely not eating all the bad stuff that I really wanted to. Made me want to eat whatever I wanted. Today though, I started to see some results, and I feel super motivated. I guess I'm just trying to say that once you get started and see just a single pound come off (even if it takes a week or too) the motivation will come tenfold.
