I knew I didn't want to get on the scale this morning. I feel bloated to the extreme, off kilter for the past few days. I can't seem to stop eating - good snacks, bad snacks, seconds at meals ( portion control is also out the window). What is up with me. I drink water at work, but not nearly enough. My kicking the soda habit habit - not happening. I feel like I don't even want to get healthier anymore. Burn out? I can't see what I'm typing anymore.
