Monday morning.. Just finished exercise on the bike.. reading over the posts, going to have a good day! Weighed in this morning and good to see numbers going down.. past 1-2 weeks the scale has been fluctuating up and down around the same number..

Hope everyone has a great LOW CARB DAY!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Really happy to hear they are moving for you again, good job. I know you were pretty down last week but it's paid off to be firm and say you won't beat me.

Look at you go Dorothy!!! You were able to keep on even though it wasn't looking as good as you wanted it too and look at the reward you got! I'm so very proud of you. This week WILL be a better week!!

Dorothy, I'm late to congratulate you, but sooooo happy for you that I couldn't leave it unsaid. You are a tough little ninja: juggling twins, grown kids, and those out of town guests who just show up and 'try' your patience. Sainthood ,sistah, you are headed for it.
