I am so frustrated. I have been eating 1300-1500 calories a day, working out 5 days a week, and I gained 3 pounds. I don't know what I should be doing. I've been on a diet for over a year now. I know it's a permanent thing - I shouldn't think of it as a diet. I will have to be "on a diet" for the rest of my life. I just want to lose some weight. If I could lose a size, I would be pretty happy with my size. It's just so hard right now.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you've been doing all the right things, eating well, working out and it can be tough when the scales don't show the whole picture. But it will pass :-)

I'm not one to really hand out advice at this point, but I'm sure if you stick with it the scale will move. You've come along way!
