Jogging is my savior. Its making me feel alive, and well. Burning off work anxiety any type of stress. I just feel so much more relaxed. Actually started tracking my points again too.

Jogged four days in a row. Keeping my jogs to twenty minutes jogging and twenty minutes walking. Weird how fast the time goes cause im focusing mostly on jogging.

I think It will keep me sober and help with these bad yucky emotions that Ive been stuffing down with food and alcohol.

Hang in there. Motivation comes and goes. Its the times that we don't have any that make the difference. Push through and you'll be happy you did!! Jogging is very lovely. I find that if I at least do that I won't gain, if I eat horrible, then I don't lose, but at least I don't lose ground. Keep it up! You are doing great!

Thanks, good to keep it in mind that jogging isnt an exuse to eat whatever I want. I know its good for my emotions but I need it to be good for my waist line too or I might just be discouraged.
