Gisme's Journal, 06 February 2013

Back at it again. Tracking my points. Jogging 20 minutes a day. Jogging so strenuous im actually completely out of breath - maybe that is running. Either way it feels good. I am so tired of just sitting on a wave of failure. Its simple really, eat less exercize more...It is not hard when one puts their mind to their goal and doesn't lose site of it.
