Jogged five days in a row. I am doing twenty minutes a day and it feels really good and i'm not to sore afterwards.
It is really helping me with not drinking. Here I am up at seven am on a saturday morning and I am ready to conquer the day. I dont have a horrible hangover and feel like crawling under my pillow for the whole day. That is great for me. I love this feeling.
When I jog I feel like I can actually do things in life. It is inspiring me. Now today its off to shop with my little girl, and for us to get nice little manicure and pedicures.
