Yesterday was tough. I felt like I was starving the whole day and then didn't lose any weight. Went to the gym this morning to get a little bit of exercise before heading out on errands. Not discouraged, just confused as to why I didn't drop anything.

Just make sure you're drinking enough water. They say 1/2 to a full gallon of water a day. You'll retain less water with the more you drink.
