Wow, lost 2.2 pounds in the first day. Not bad! I was very tierd at the end of the day yesteray and didn't sleep very well last night. Had alot of weird dreams and kept waking up. Argh. Hopefully tonight will be better.

Awesome, good job, it's just the thing to keep ya going. Losing something that is. I weighed in and was down 2.6 and just missed losing 5% of my body weight. I was 0.2 pounds from getting a key chain for my first reward.
