I went to the doctor's office and found out that I gained weight. SO... I'm not going to eat bread for the next two weeks and will have a one of the smoothie/diet drinks Dr. Aron offers for my afternoon snack to reduce calories. Things I learned today:
The goal is to have a 1:1 ratio of carbs to protein.
Dr. Aron also noted that you can't really exercise so you can eat more "it doesn't work that way" she said.
