Dont know wats wrong....i think im doing everything right but weight is going
Up instead of the other way!! Majorly concerned and demotivated. :-(

There are a few things I see on your menu that you might want to do. First, make sure you are tracking your net carbs. Secondly, you aren't getting your RDI. If you are really only eating 800 calories/day, your body thinks its starving. You need to make sure you are getting your 20net carbs from vegetables and then proceed from there. The carbs will help get you into ketosis. Finally, make sure you get all of your water in each day. All of these things are very important in making the chemistry of Atkins work. I agree, vegetables are key. Sneak them into every meal, even breakfast if you can. Also, try not to rely so much on Atkins shakes or bars... a lot of people say that they make you stall or gain weight. I know I can only safely have a bar once or twice a week, more than that I gain.

Thanks guys....i had veggies today!!!! And increased my calorie intake(which is hard btw)...lets hope this works....fingers crossed :-)
