Day 37 - I am down 15 1/2 lbs since I started my diet Jan 1. That's a average of -.43 lbs a day. That's pretty good I think. I have my up days, my down days and the days my weight doesn't change at all. The first 10 lbs are the fastest to come off. After that the weight loss slows down. You either give up or you get more determined. I want to get more determined. I am trying not to get discouraged.
My favorite Veggie Dish:
I cut yellow and green zuchini, red and green bell peppers, sweet onion, button mushrooms all in 1/4 slices. I sautee' in olive oil until tender. sprinkle with Parmasan cheese just before removing from the pan. It's colorful, healthy and oh so good. It's a no guilt dish. :-) Hope you enjoy!
