I'm starting to actually enjoy getting on the scale! I was so shocked this morning! I took the day off yesterday and although I tried not to get too crazy with eating I did eat out at Longhorn steakhouse-but it was only about 505 calories! And we ran out of time so stopped at Dairy Queen and I ate a small blizzard in lieu of dinner, yet the scale still went down! I'm starting to think these NutriBullet drinks I'm having each morning are doing something special for me.....LOL! Plus I'm sticking to my guns about no protein and starch at a meal together. My joints aren't aching like they were so I think it is actually helping my body to get rid of the inflammation and that that is why the weight is melting off! This is more exciting than the HCG diet because I'm not doing anything weird and it's easy to stick to. Praise God I found something that is working for me. :)
