Have been thinking. Most calorie diets are based on calories per day...MMMM maybe per day isn't what we need to watch but over a longer time frame. Per day just helps us keep on track... Bad day today for eating..Mondays are really busy at work this time of year, had to work through lunch and they brought in pizza. Had a migraine and protien sometimes helps. My low cal soup did abate the headache so ate the pizza hoping that might help--meds weren't without taking the script ones that mess with my ability to function. came home had a couple of beers and fish and salad for dinner. Even with the pizza and beer I', under 2000 cal. will do better tomorrow. Haven't eaten the fruit I took to work. /will have an orange for desert
