Exercise hasn't worked today. Cold front this am warm front colided this pm and the old knees aren't doing so hot. Am going to try a few minutes walking ont he gazelle after dinner and some sit-ups. Hopefully losing these extra pounds will help the knees, they are better with the 25 or so that I have lost.
