I've bad a cold for 2 weeks so I went to the gym only once last week. No weight loss, but no weight gain!

Feeling better and back to the grind today!

Happy Monday!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
