today's stationary bike ride was 47 minutes, 10 miles, 285 calories burned. 15 minutes at level 3-' and the rest at level 4 resistance.
tonight is the hubby's retirement dinner. 32 years at the Post Office. His last day was January 31st. I'm surprising him by having invited his brother & sister, as well as some of our best friends. I'm looking forward to seeing the look on his face when he sees them!
