second day of February and I lost another pound! hoping to be down four more by the end of February.
going to a Super Bowl party tomorrow and am determined to be good. gonna make my lower fat version off my clam dip using reduced fat cream cheese and greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I'm also thinking of making a brown butter banana bread I found in cooking light. we'll see how my schedule goes.
