tonight's stationary bike ride was 51 minutes, 10.5 miles, burning 313 calories.

I am proud of myself, cuz I did the first 15 minutes at level 4 resistance, the other 36 minutes at level 5! There are 20 resistance levels, so since Nov time change for daylight savings, 3 months, I've gone from only able to handle level 1 resistance to 1/4 of the way to level 20!

Who can say if I can get all the way to level 20, but then again, why the hell not!
