3194 kcal Fat: 102.12g | Prot: 101.98g | Carb: 272.04g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), cheese, O Powder Creamer (Coffee-Mate), Pure Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Mild Light Rye, Heavy Whipping Cream, Egg, peppers & onions schwan's. Lunch: Tofu, Chickpea, and Sun-Dries Tomato Salad. Dinner: sirloin with mushrooms, Merlot Wine, Tiramisu, mashed potatoes, side of vegetables. Snacks/Other: Kahlua, Red Bull (12 oz), Vodka (90 Proof), Kamikaze, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Jagermeister, Chocolate Mint Brownies. more...
