I'm thinking I've gained seversal pounds of muscle. Been weight lifting for almost 3 months now. I'm the same waist size as when I weighed 200 lbs. Oh well. As soon as it stays lighter longer in the day my cardio workouts will increase tremendously. Keep on keep'n on!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
