Well here comes the band wagon.......come on....jump on......!!!! Lol The thing with weight loss is that YOU have to jump on the band wagon. No one else can do it for you. You have to motivate you. You have to want this and be in the right place mentally. There will always be temptations and negative people. But you have to decide that you want it and won't let anyone get in your way. Do what you need to do to find your motivation. Try new recipes. Take an exercise class you have always wanted. Make an inspiration board out of cork board and put up things you find motivational: quotes, pictures, recipes, etc. Make a home gym with light hand weights and a mat and get some workout videos from library. We all make mistakes. Your human. Track it and move on.
